Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days for damaged goods & 14 days for change of mind returns.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:

You receive 14 days cooling-off period where you may contact us to request a return, plus a further 14 days to return the goods to us, To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging. Please note any return postal charges are not covered by this policy and are non-refundable.

DAMAGED GOODS RETURNS:

You have 30 days from the delivery date to inform us of any damages/faults with the product, plus a further 14 days to return the goods to us, To be eligible for a return. Please note clearance items that were sold discounted as short dated are excluded from this policy if the issue communicated to us relates to the fact the products are short dated/past their best before date.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days (please allow a further 7 days for the funds to appear at your bank)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your Bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and valued above £10. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@happycandy.uk and send your item to: Happy Candy UK LTD, Priory Business Park, Wentworth Terrace, Fitzwilliam, Pontefract, WF9 5BZ, United Kingdom.  Missing items/ Damaged items under £10 are refundable with no option to receive a replacement.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Happy Candy UK LTD, Priory Business Park, Wentworth Terrace, Fitzwilliam, Pontefract, WF9 5BZ, United Kingdom 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

POSTAL CLAIMS:

Any Lost/Missing Items Can Only Be Replaced or Refunded After 10 Working Days from Dispatch. We Handle the Compensation Claims During These Instances to Make Life Easier for Our Customers.  Please allow up to 30 days for any claims to be settled. Whilst Occasionally Things Do Go Missing, We Must Make Our Customers Aware That When Purchasing from Us We Obtain the Rights to Submit Your Name, Address and Order Details to The Courier Compensation Scheme at Which Point Any Fraudulent Claims May Face Investigation/Prosecution by Them.
