Free Postage (UK ONLY) is available when your total basket spend is £35 or more and must remain above this threshold after all relevant discounts are applied to obtain Free Postage.
UK Postage is charged at a flat rate of £3.99 and FREE for larger orders over £35. We recommend adding items to your basket and proceeding to checkout which will display accurate shipping costs on your order. All orders are now sent using Tracked Services and are fully insured up to £150 per parcel.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered is full and accurate. No refunds will be given on postage when an order is returned due to an incomplete address. Any product refunds will only be processed upon return to us.

JANUARY-OCTOBER: Where possible we despatch same day however Please allow 2-3 days for despatch (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS/BANK HOLIDAYS)
Example 1: Order placed Friday, we would then despatch the following Monday/Tuesday.
Example 2: Order placed Wednesday, we would then despatch Thursday/Friday the same week.
Example 3: Order placed Thursday, we would then despatch Friday/Monday
Please note any relevant promotions regarding free postage is your own responsibility to select the free shipping option during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to send with any other courier depending on item weight and service availability with Royal Mail.
We would like to remind all customers of the importance of entering your delivery address accurately. We have recently had an increase in customers who have allowed google chrome to input previous address details from stored form-fill data, we cannot cover this type of delivery error under any circumstance.
CHRISTMAS POSTAL DELAYS POLICY:
Estimated delivery dates stipulated should only be used as a guide as estimates are not guarantees. There are currently no entitlements to a refund for an order that is delivered late, this is not something we can cover. As a worst-case scenario Please allow 14 working days for delivery when purchasing from 1st September to 10th January due to seasonal postal delays with the postal carriers we use.
WARM WEATHER UPDATE APRIL-SEPTEMBER INCLUSIVE:
Please note: We cannot cover damage to confectionery in transit against melting and heat related issues during the warmer months. All our facilities are fully air conditioned so that our products leave us in tip top condition, however Royal Mail & other Couriers generally do not have air conditioned vehicles or sorting offices, we therefore cannot guarantee these will not melt during the warm weather season.
POSTAL CLAIMS:
Any Lost/Missing Items Can Only Be Replaced or Refunded After 10 Working Days from despatch . We Handle the Compensation Claims During These Instances to Make Life Easier for Our Customers. Please allow up to 30 days for any claims to be settled. Whilst Occasionally Things Do Go Missing, We Must Make Our Customers Aware That When Purchasing from Us We Obtain the Rights to Submit Your Name, Address and Order Details to The Courier Compensation Scheme at Which Point Any Fraudulent Claims May Face Investigation/Prosecution by Them.
DELIVERY TIMES QUOTED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE ESTIMATES AND NOT GUARANTEES. IF AN ITEM IS DELIVERED LATE, ROYAL MAIL WILL NOT REIMBURSE POSTAL CHARGES, WE THERFORE CANNOT COVER THIS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY TO ALL EU NATIONS DUE TO INCREASED CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES FROM 15TH APRIL 2026
We now ship to 25 EU Member countries. All items are sent tracked and insured using Royal Mail. We are IOSS registered, which means we collect VAT (sales tax) at checkout and remit this tax to the relevant destination country.
Shipping to France is currently SUSPENDED indefinitely due to the introduction of a new €2 charge per item within each package. We will review this position if these charges change in the future.
Please be aware that additional Customs Duties, import taxes, or handling fees may still be payable upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.
All shipments are sent on DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) due to the nature of the goods we ship.
Important Notice – Customs Duties & Unclaimed Parcels
If a shipment arrives in the destination country and is held by customs or the local delivery service pending payment of duties, taxes, or handling fees, it is the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay these charges and claim their parcel.
If the recipient refuses to pay these charges, fails to claim the parcel, or allows the parcel to be returned due to non-payment of customs fees, the following policy applies:

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a shipment has arrived in the destination country.

No replacement products will be issued.

Any returned parcels will be subject to a 100% restocking fee.

Shipping charges, customs fees, and any return costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
By placing an international order, the customer accepts full responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
