Question: Is Tracked 24 really worth it?

Answer: Tracked 24 currently has a 99% success rate of next day delivery, we also prioritise these orders over all other orders which means we guarantee to dispatch the same or next working day (Mon-Fri).

 

Q: I have used Tracked 48 in the past and it took much more than 48 hours for delivery?

A: Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of 2 working days from dispatch, with ‘aim’ been the important part of Royal Mail’s guidance.  Our best advice is to add 4-5 working days from the date of your order, this should be sufficient time for delivery including the time it takes us to pack and prepare your order.

 

Q: When is the best time to order for quicker dispatch?

A: Our best advice is a Thursday.  By this point in the week, we have dispatched the weekends orders and processed all incoming orders for that week.

 

Q: I received a text message/e-mail from Royal Mail stating my parcel would be here today at a specific time and it hasn’t arrived?

A: These types of notifications are sent on an automated basis and whilst usually accurate they are not always correct, We advise to check the tracking number the following day for any updates.

 

Q: I have spent more than £35, and I’m still been charged for delivery?

A: This usually happens when you have applied a discount coupon taking your basket below the £35 threshold,  However if you click on the drop down box at checkout showing the delivery name and cost, you can then select: FREE DELIVERY Minimum Spend £35 (3-6 WORKING DAYS), providing your basket is over £35.

 

Q: I have a business, can I get a VAT invoice?

A: Simply drop us an e-mail: sales@happycandy.co.uk  or give us a call: 0800 488 0986.  We don’t include these in orders as we receive many orders which are gifts sent to Friends & Family.

 

Q: I am a regular customer but don’t receive any special offer e-mails?

A: We regularly send e-mails with Exclusive discounts and Coupons that are not always visible on the website.  Chances are you may have unsubscribed from receiving marketing e-mails, simply give us a call or an e-mail and we can add you again to receive the e-mail promotions.
